  • Why didn't I receive a confirmation email after placing an order?
    Please give the confirmation email at least 2 hours to arrive. Always remember to check your junk/spam mail for an email from Getfitbyivana.
  • Why doesn't the link to download my Exercise Programs work anymore?
    All the links to download your purchased Exercise programs expire after 30 days. Please make sure you download the pdf programs to your PC or Mobile within the 30 day expiry period. If you haven’t downloaded your Exercise programs in time, please contact getfitbyivana@gmail.com and we will help you out.
  • How do I track my order?
    Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be fulfilled. You will receive a shipping information email once your order is shipped. You will then be able to track your order through the tracking link on the email.
  • Can I get a refund on my Exercise Programs that I purchased?
    Please double check your shopping cart before you submit your order as all the Exercise Programs are non-refundable.
  • How do I return my physical products I purchased?
    Please check our Return & Refund Policy on how to return any physical products you purchased.
